1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use govern the ZaPrompt OnAir application, related website, account services and support forum. The service is identified in these terms as zaprompt.com. Contact address and effective date must be completed before customers can accept these terms. This is a pre-launch draft dated October 17, 2026. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to accept the agreement for that organization.

2. License and permitted use

Subject to a valid trial or paid entitlement, the operator grants a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the app for your own personal or business prompting work. Ownership of the software and branding remains with the operator and its licensors. A subscription does not transfer that ownership. Device limits and platform availability will be stated at checkout; the intended commercial account limit is two active authorized devices. Local development previews may temporarily bypass licensing and do not establish a permanent free entitlement.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of scripts, notes and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having permission to use that material and for maintaining backups. The operator needs only the rights necessary to process content you deliberately submit to a service, such as displaying your question in the support forum. Ordinary local script editing does not grant the operator a right to publish your scripts.

4. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, maintain control of your email account and do not share sign-in links or access credentials. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not impersonate others, repeatedly claim new trials to evade limits, sell shared accounts, bypass authorization, attack the service or use it unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering or interoperability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not override rights that cannot be waived.

5. Trial and follow-up email

The advertised trial lasts for the duration shown when you activate it, measured from the activation time shown in your account, not merely from submitting a form. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person or account using reasonable abuse controls. To request it, provide a name and verified email address and affirmatively agree to one trial-related follow-up email. Consent can be withdrawn afterward without forfeiting an activated trial. Account verification and payment authorization are separate steps. No payment method is required for the trial. It ends automatically at the expiration time shown in your account and never creates a paid subscription or charge. To continue paid use, you must separately choose a plan and expressly authorize its price and billing interval. If you do not subscribe, paid app features may become unavailable, but the trial does not transfer or erase ownership of your local scripts.

6. Prices, renewal and cancellation

Current plan prices, currency, billing periods and applicable taxes must be clearly displayed before purchase and expressly accepted at checkout. The offer accepted at activation or checkout is recorded with that trial or subscription; later site settings do not silently change an existing agreement. Recurring billing begins only after you separately select and accept a paid plan, its price and billing interval. There is no automatic trial conversion. Cancel at any time through the account billing controls once available; cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid-through date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Price changes require advance notice and apply no earlier than a future renewal, subject to applicable law.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

Contact support about an incorrect charge, defective service or a refund request. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty and refund rights are not excluded by these terms. A final commercial refund policy must be displayed before payment; this draft does not impose an unapproved no-refund rule. Where an app store processes a purchase, its billing and cancellation procedures may also apply.

8. Platforms, connectivity and hardware

Features vary by platform, browser, device and app version. Only releases explicitly offered for your platform are supported; a coming-soon label is not a promise of a release date. Talent sharing currently depends on devices reaching the operator over the same local network. Browser fullscreen, screen-awake behavior, external-display output and controllers depend on hardware and operating-system capabilities. Teleprompter, camera and other hardware is not included. Rehearsal recording records scrolling and timing, not camera video or microphone audio.

9. Updates and availability

Updates may change features, fix problems or address security issues. Download releases only from official links. Compatibility and minimum operating-system requirements may change with notice in release information. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider failures or other disruptions. Keep a local backup and rehearse your setup before important productions. Any future offline-license grace period will be disclosed with the released licensing system; this draft does not guarantee indefinite offline subscription access.

10. Support forum rules

Post relevant questions and respectful replies. Do not post confidential scripts, personal data about others, illegal material, harassment, spam, malware or unauthorized copyrighted content. The operator may moderate or remove content and restrict abusive accounts. Support responses and community replies do not guarantee a solution or a particular response time unless a separate support agreement says otherwise.

11. Suspension and termination

The operator may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful use, a security threat or unpaid charges. When practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided. Restrictions must be proportionate and do not eliminate statutory rights. Ending an account or subscription does not transfer ownership of your scripts to the operator. Your local files remain your responsibility.

12. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the app and services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every production environment. Nothing excludes warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. The operator is not responsible for failures caused solely by incompatible hardware, user modifications or third-party networks, except where law provides otherwise. No arbitrary liability cap or mandatory arbitration clause is imposed in this draft.

13. Privacy and third parties

The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Payment providers, speech services, browser vendors and app stores may have separate terms for services they provide directly. Those terms do not remove the operator’s own obligations to you.

14. Changes, disputes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize billing or broader data uses. zaprompt.com is the service name supplied by the operator. The operator’s jurisdiction, postal address and verified contact details must be confirmed before launch. Any governing-law provision must preserve mandatory protections available to consumers in their home jurisdiction. Please contact the operator first to try to resolve a concern.
